How we brew

We brew at home, in small batches, using real tea and live cultures.
 No shortcuts. No artificial flavours.
 Just fermentation, time, and attention.

What makes it different

How this started

We started with a simple question:
Can we make kombucha ourselves? The answer became a house full of jars, notebooks full of notes, and friends who volunteered (or were volunteered) to taste every experiment. Some batches failed.
 Some surprised us.
 A few felt worth sharing.
